Future Stars Camp (FSC) provides the best opportunity to focus on the most important parts of the game. Students will be introduced to specific technical skills and game-like situations that are most commonly found in the game. This camp is perfect for the novice to intermediate level goalkeeper. In the first session, every goalkeeper will be evaluated by performing a “fundamental” technical and athletic test to distinguish his/her ability. The results of the evaluation will then identify the level of training appropriate to each goalkeeper’s ability. For some keepers, this may be their first introduction to a formal goalkeeper training environment. For our returning goalkeepers, it will be an opportunity to continue perfecting the technical and tactical habits needed to master this position. Every goalkeeper will receive an academy jersey, a technical and tactical assessment, a home training program and a video of their training throughout the week. The Future Stars Camp will have an impact in your goalkeeping development both on and off the field, and, will most certainly provide you with the confidence and tools needed to play this specialized position.

Here is a great way to sharpen your individual skills in preparation for the upcoming spring try-outs. This is a 5-day program that will focus on “high repetitions” in the areas of positioning, footwork, receiving, diving and distribution. Every session will be 90 minutes in duration. Space is limited so please register early to reserve your spot.
This is a great way to develop and polish your skills and tactical understanding of the game. If you are prepared to commit yourself to a more detailed and intensive style of learning both on and off the field then this is for you. This type of training is very specific to the individual needs and requires a lot of self discipline and motivation in order to get results. It is available year round and can include up to 4 athletes who have the same level of goalkeeper ability. Another unique element to this type of learning is that most sessions are taped and then used as a teaching tool for immediate feedback or self correction. The GK to coach ratio is 4:1 which encourages a more “GOAL” oriented type of energy that brings out the most competitive and serious types of athletes.
